SDFC is hosting a Vintage Wheels and Wings Meet at Strathalbyn Airfield  Sunday morning.
There will be a vintage plane fly-in and vintage car display.
Planes will start arriving from 0830, and will park in front of the hangars along RWY 32.

Cars will start assembling from 0830 , but most will arrive at about 1000 and park in front of the clubhouse along the taxiway for RWY 10. 

Breakfast is being sponsored by the Collectable Classic Cars, Strathalbyn and will be available from10:30am at the clubhouse.




SAFETY. Planes are dangerous as spinning propellers are invisible and can be fatal. Hence, keep well  clear and remember that pilot visibility (especially with tail draggers) is poor. Approach the plane parking and taxi areas at your own risk and keep children under direct and immediate control. No dogs for the same reason.

All SDFC club members and family are welcome to attend but need to REGISTER interest at the Auto Collectors Club website https://www.strathalbynautocollectors.com/events/wings-and-wheels-at-strathalbyn-airfield for catering purposes.

We are looking for club members to assist with marshalling cars and aircraft into their designated parking areas and to help Mark Divito, Mark Holt and Tim Bartley prepare the breakfast.
